We needed our IPhones battery replaced and the microphone replaced as well. Not only did they fix it quicker than they originally quoted but the price was a fraction of the cost from Apple. Thank you for the professional and affordable service!

Last year, I had paid in advance to get my iPhone repaired by this very company. I understand due to the circumstances of Covid, business would be halted for a while, however I was never contacted by this company regarding about my payment. Recently I had gone back to discuss about my payment and they had said, "we will get back to you soon." They never did. I am offended by the service of this company and will never request their services ever again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable folks. First took my iPhone XS to the apple store because it froze up. They told me it couldn’t be fixed and tried to sell me a new phone. Decided to try Olympia iPhone Repair. They solved the problem in minutes and my phone was restored for a fraction of the cost Apple quoted me to try and fix it. Olympia iPhone Repair is awesome. An honest and reputable business. If I have any more issues it will be my first stop.

Steven was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Very polite too! I kind of got the feeling her could fix just about anything wrong with ur phone. My motherboard was bad😢. He said he could fix it, but that is one fix that isn't worth the cost to most people. So he gave me the option before just doing it and charging me, which I appreciated. He had some very nice deals all of which come with some kind of garantee if there is something wrong with the phone, he'll exchange it or fix it. So he ordered me a new phone, it came in 3 days!( I had specific criteria wanted) Steven usually has a few in the store, so u don't really have to wait. I chose to wait for what I wanted. He was also kind enough to put what I spent on the diagnostic towards my new phone! I don't know if he always does that, but he's got good business ethics so I would imagine so. Got a case and screen protector too! U definitely DON'T feel like you were ripped off or taken advantage of in any way when u leave his store.
