        Have been trying to get an issue resolved for months after being lied to about the nature of my phone lease originally, have repeatedly been told I will receive calls/emails regarding a resolution to the problem and have never heard anything back until I go back to the store in person and start back from square one. You have lost a customer of 15 years.

        I went into the store looking for earbuds. Jimmy the associate that helped me was very pleasant! As soon as I walked in the door he offered a warm welcome and professional handshake. Went above and beyond to help me!
