For over 20 years I have had service through MetroPCS the past 5 years I have been going online to make my monthly payments this month {November 2022} I decided to change my phone number and get a brand new phone. From the moment I walked into this store I have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES. This store I guess is privately owner so they don't have to follow all the policies that a store that is corporately owned its whatever the owner wants to do. I have had this new phone for less than a week and all I have gotten is the run around about how to fix all the issues with this phone when I went to this store I was told that I would have to pay for a new phone at regular price to replace a phone that has not properly worked since the day of purchase. WHATEVER I will never go to this store again and honestly would not recommend it to anyone unless you don't care about throwing hundreds of dollars away!!!

Went there for a job interview, only one person running the whole store; floor was dirty, and I didn't get the job and am salty so 3 stars
