I wanted to take a moment to recognize Demos Vroustouris, he is great to work with. I had a situation to deal with and he was extremely responsive, reasonable and went above and beyond my expectations. I have lived here a few years now and honestly, my experience wasnt great when I first moved in but it has improved more and more the longer I stay here. This place is pet friendly which I love, the office staff are great to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend this complex.

Pike3400 is great! Beautiful building, great location and really genuine staff. I personally spoke to Wuerner Ramirez and had a great experience figuring out my lease with him. Anyways, definitely a quality complex would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking to be in the DC/Metro area. Not to mention the great area for dining and hiking around as well.

Male concierge that works front desk is incredibly rude. Every time I come to visit my friend, I get nothing but rudeness and attitude from him, it ruins the whole energy of my visit.

My living experience so far has been very pleasant there are the regular concerns with neighbors not being respectful of others, otherwise the community is maintained clean and communication about community rules helps a lot. Definitely recommend to anyone interested moving in.
