San Posada

Nice apartments, I recently moved out due to price not matching the quality anymore, it was not the price increase as they put it. The behind the scene on the resident app for San Posada is much different than what you see online on the main info site . Mindful I lived at this apartment since they opened doors, Ive seen it all. I think the management office needs to really absorb on those response and act expeditiously. For $1700 I would hope to see Smart Home options and better security as well. More Cameras are a big ask from most community members there. This office needs to get a better handle on animal waste too. The office will never come in early to see your view/help but they will reach out. Thats a problem, sometimes you need to see your customers/residents point of view and that will take coming in earlier/staying late. Im sure a few ppl in that office are Salary, and can afford to come in early/stay late to assist residents. This office has a tough time with spot checks/check ins or they may be nervous to do them. Theres are SOO many people (adults; not children) who are not on the lease agreements but living in a unit. Thats not fair. These folks should be on there. This is causing the WSG numbers to be off and increase concern with Conservice - your only option for WSG.. its up to you as an office/team if you wish to mitigate concern and risk. Hopefully you take all reviews seriously. I will say maintenance , yall are the best!

Certain communities have the ability to make the place you live, truly feel like home. And in order to for this to happen, it takes the right people in the right place. San Posada has done this and its highly contributed to its people, such as Jo Anne. Jo Annes selflessness is seen through her daily interactions and the pride she conveys regarding her community.

We have lived here for 2 years and wholeheartedly recommend it. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff are excellent.

I definitely cannot recommend this apartment complex enough to people. My fiance and I chose this place because our friends spoke so highly of the property and the management years ago, and that continues to be true. The apartments themselves are beautiful, well-maintained, and high quality. I often say it feels more like living in a condo than an apartment with how spacious and well laid-out the floor plans are. The community is wonderful too - I am not usually one for using community amenities and socializing between buildings, but this place makes it downright easy :) More importantly though, I really want to emphasize how excellent management is. The agents at the office are always responsive and accommodating for any questions, concerns, or needs. They go above and beyond to keep the community informed. The maintenance team is bar-none, too. We've never waited more than one business day for our needs to be addressed, and the team doesn't stop until the issue is actually resolved. Especially after some horror stories in previous apartments, my gratitude for that cannot be overstated. Long review long, this is a great community to live in, and short of finding a dream house, I look forward to staying for a long time!
