This apartment complex was purchased by someone from New York who has no regard for the current residents. (You can find him on YouTube talking about ways to make more money and detailing his exploitation of current residents)
They raised rent by $300 in one term. They havent made any improvements to the apartment. Its trashy. The new residents they are bringing in are also sketchy. People will walk up to your vehicle and ask for cigarettes.
Not very safe for the $1000 they are asking in rent
If you enjoy sketchy out of state management, your neighbors brawling outside, and lack of compassion this is the place for you. These people are so out of touch with the overall culture of this town and it shows
Id keep your money and spend it on other accommodations. Its sad to say but Lindsey is a better option/management company.

Great place to live for the price. Management and the maintenance guys are all very responsive if you ever have questions or need anything related to the property. Enjoyed my time here, the only reason I left was due to purchasing a new home. Spent 3+ years at this area. Highly recommend!

The apartments are super cute and clean. Maintaince is very professional and kind. They do their best to make sure to work with your schedule. Landlord is very very understanding and super lind. The complex is very family friendly and quiet this is a perfect place for your first apartment or just a place for a small family. They are pet friendly too
