Grandview Apartments

There isnt any control over handicapped parking. Some tenants leave their dog poop where handicapped tenants will step in it. One rule is to pick poop up after walking animals outside. No one picks it up even when rules are put on each door. People who arent handicapped park in the handicap designated parking spots. Landings on some levels arent kept clean. I walked out to get laundry out of car, person on third floor landing, emptied the vacuum bag over the railing and missed me, because I just happened to see what she was doing. The dirt clump is still partially laying where she dumped it. Gradually, the rain is washing it away.

I would never rent from them. Also they tell you to give them 5 star review so don't believe have of them. We informed them that I was in a power chair but still give me a place with stairs. We said we had ramps so no problem. Then after everything inform us that we have to move them everytime. My wife works and if I am by my self at home and the is a fire, then I am stuck. I can't get ramps down by my self. Also not aloud to have bbq grills. We asked for a 2 bedroom for now since one was open. I asked about when they get one could we switch and they informed me that I would have to do another application so more money and have to pay the deposit. After we move we would know if we would get our other deposit back. They don't even look close with what is on the website. Also big problem THIS IS THE TRUTH AND TOLD TO ME BY SOMEONE ELSE. IF YOU HAVE KIDS DON'T MOVE IN. THEY HAVE SHOOTING, BREAK-INS AND DRUG'S. They will tell you you can get insurance but it's not required. I wonder why.

Do not rent from this apartment complex!!! They dont fix things properly and i had sewer water sitting in my carpet for days!!! my toilets kept backing up and it was coming to the return drain in the hallway by my special-needs childs room They say that I owe them money for an apartment that they refuse to ever fix. I refuse to allow my children to live in such terrible conditions! I truly hope you all are doing better for your future residents. I have the pictures and videos to prove my case As I have posted them as well and you people are putting things on my credit that I dont deserve m!!! IM FIGHTING THIS!!! This should be against the law..slumlords
