Unfortunately, I missed my connecting flight in Dallas that created a domino affect of chaos because I had to modify my hotel and car reservations, however with that said upon my arrival to Shreveport the service was less than desirable. There was no one at the counter after waiting 5 mins and calling for someone in the back, to finally a customer at the National counter asking did I need service from Enterprise - and if so the line was at National. There were no signs and there were multiple customers behind me waiting as well. I get in the line and there was at least 4 people head of me and I was told there were no luxury vehicles. When I refused the mustang offered the agent walked away and retrieved some keys. Never mentioning what was going on, but just a blank face as if he didnt want to be there. As he began to walk away, I asked him did he find a luxury car and he said yes but it will be a few mins because the vehicle needed to be washed. I asked what was a few minutes because I had a funeral to go to at 11. He said 15 mins. With that said, Im not understanding if my reservation was modified the day before and you open at 9 and close at 11:59, where did my reservation get lost in the shuffle. Despite what happened while picking up the vehicle, the return was a breeze with superb customer service, apologies for the service received during pick up and condolences for my lost to include reducing the cost of the rental. Unfortunately, I cant remember the African American ladys name (wore glasses) but she was kind, appear to care and was sincere about providing good service. Its not often that I come home to Shreveport, but I dread the airport and rental car services because of my past experiences. Thank you young lady for making it ok, even tho my departing flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight. Give her a RAISE!

The drop off was fine and could not have been more smooth. Great join at DFW. The pickup at SHV on the other hand. I ordered the vehicle at least 2 months ago. I arrived to pick it up about 30 minutes after I said I'd be there. The vehicle was not ready. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The lady behind the counter did not care. Told me to go take a seat and she'll call me when it's ready. The nearest seats were across the terminal. APPARENTLY she called me 15 minutes later but I did not hear her because I was so far away. I only went up when the person behind me got up and went. Her response to me was "I called you earlier but you did not come." Very unprofessional and not at all sympathetic to my situation. I will give Enterprise/Alamo/National one more shot. If it is an experience like this, never again. I travel to SHV at least 2x year.
