      image Reservation was made 2 weeks in advance. Get there and no vehicle is available. They call around to find one, and nothing is available. They had to upgrade me at an extra charge, no accommodation offered. Had to have for a trip. Manager in Richland was very professional, just disappointed in service. A company this large should be better prepared
