This Office on 207 Kearney was Wonderful. The staff is great, But Christian K. The Manager was Awesome.
Keep Up the Good Work, takes care of the Customers
Efficiently and quick and thoroughly. I wish All the Office were like You.

My experience with the Enterprise on E. Kearney in Springfield was wonderful! I had to put my car in the shop due to an accident and the insurance company told me the rental they would cover would be through Enterprise. The body shop told me to have them contact the E. Kearney location because they do pick up and drop offs at the particular body shop. They sure did! And Eli was super quick and professional. He put me in a vehicle that he thought would be similar in size to my car. At first I was VERY intimidated because it was newer than my vehicle and seemed to have lots of buttons and such. But Eli assured me I would be fine and showed me important need to know things. Once I drove it a couple of times I found that it really was a great vehicle and was indeed about the same size. All through the process, I was able to call them and find out if insurance had extended the car and they always assured me I was good, and would let me know when insurance said it would need returned. Almost 3 weeks later my car was fixed and Eli took me to the body shop to get my vehicle. I have a couple of Enterprise locations closer to where I live, but if I ever need another rental car, I will drive across town just to use this particular location again!
