Optical staff is outstanding in providing customer service. I'm not very good in selecting frames for my glasses. The lady who assisted me was very polite and patient. Thank You!

Today I had my eye appointment checked for the first time in a long time since I was little. So I was clearly not very knowledgeable on what the whole process is. Everyone was lovely especially when I got to pick out my frame and lenses, but the doctor was horrible. So I have to rate it low as thats sorta a crucial part of the place. The doctor, she was talking down, impatient and never showed any ounce of kindness towards me, making me feel stupid. Just felt like I was wasting her time, nearly walked out. I hope if someone is thinking of coming here with uncertainty with what they're wanting checked I don't recommend coming here. As she won't be patient with you about it.

I got new lenses there and one lense was .50 off of what my prescription said. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to fix it. Now I cant read out of that lense except if I tilt my head way back and read out of the very bottom of my lense and dont move my head. Ill never get glasses from Costco again. Whoever makes them must be drunk all the time. Ive noticed too that nobody responds to these reviews.
