Peake Apartments

Ive had a great experience living at Peake apartments, Specially working with Jodi. The whole process of leasing went very smoothly and Im very pleased with the apartment, facilities and management overall.

You pay for trash pickup and then get $50 fines for them not picking it up at the specified time. There is some problem with the management.

I recently moved into the Peake and working with Jodi has been so amazing! She has been incredibly helpful and happy to answer any questions that have came up. She made the whole process a breeze and Im so thankful!

I have had a positive experience and stay at the Peake. I am a traveling Medical Technician and signed a short term lease here. Amber and the whole office team are efficient and accommodating. The design of the apartment is fresh and open. Any issues I had within my unit or the building was resolved quickly. This is a dog friendly safe area with so many places to eat or shop within walking distance. My only negative would be- is that I had low water pressure in the shower, (I was on 3rd floor) and I didnt put in a maintenance request for it. And the interior hallways could use better lightening and carpet (in my opinion). I would recommend this property to friends and family if they plan on living in the Columbus area.

Grandview and Peake apartment's Manager Jodi Washington, has made getting a great apartment for two South Florida young professionals so easy! Jodi has always been very responsive, professional and helpful with this big move to Columbus Ohio! It is awesome working with her!! We highly recommend working with Jodi to find the right place to live in Columbus Ohio near work and life in the area. We really appreciate all the hard work she has put in to make this an easy process.
