They will rip u off and find some reason to not give u back ur deposit if u go there just expect to not get ur $100 deposit back. There is homeless people all over which isn't really a big deal but this place is trash roaches everywhere and the halls smell like cat litter and mold frm the leaks coming from the ceiling in office and the hallways. U can go too red roof two doors down same price.

The Biltmore Hotel get 4 stars from us simply because of Ali, the night time receptionist. He was helpful, kind and Informative. The Biltmore should be happy they have an excellent employee such as he. HOWEVER, I didnt know the hotel was as old as it is. Investors should really make changes to this place. It used to be the place to be with the amenities, but.structurally, it needs help. Our sheets were clean( we only used the top sheet) the bathroom was clean, the place has just suffered over the decades. Some of the photos in the hallways are so old, they look like undeveloped pictures. Dont go by the pictures on their website, it doesnt look like that. The walls are thin, it got loud through out the hallways during the night, we didnt know it was so heavily populated with addicts, and homeless. It definitely looks different during the day than at night. I guess thats why it was affordable than the surrounding more expensive hotels

Rooms: Rooms are not that clean, and they will charge you for everything wrong during check out, so take pictures of stuff wrong and report it immediately to desk staff. I was missing both light bulbs in my only two lamps in my room, light bulbs missing... come on how does house keeping not notice that and no microwave in my room; again how do you miss that if you should be making sure it's cleaned out. Desk staff always acts like you're inconveniencing them and like everyone is beneath them. Everything is out dated, outdoor pools are drained with about 1 foot of green water in both pools, sad really because it could be a very nice hotel.
