        They need -5 stars. Had to wait almost 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. Can't even do the upgrade they are forcing me to do in the store. T-Mobile staff always has to make a slick comment about being a Sprint customer. T-Mobile has terrible service, completely dissatisfied with them as a company and needs to do better

        5G at 12mbps and phones loaded with spam applications, phones you cant activate without WIFI. Even resellers like Mint Mobile are faster and on the same network.

        Horrible. Im pregnant and they made me wait around just to tell me they were sold out of ALL THE IPHONES. I told one of the guys checking me in beforehand that I was there SPECIFICALLY for 13 Pros and 20 minutes later told me they dont have anything for sale and cant help me. I miss Sprint. TMobile has been a horrible experience. Do not go to the Delta Shores store bunch of high schoolers. Kid with dreads never bothered to apologize either.
