The car was literally nasty inside full of dog hair everywhere and smelled, stains on the seats, we had to take to the car wash to vacuum it! Also charged for additional driver but was not told there was a fee and also said I could return anytime that day as I rented late evening but was charged additional day rental! This is a dirty location and not managed well.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Easy reservation, price true to expectation, good vehicle, no sales pitches, and very convenient and quick pickup/dropoff.

We reserved a truck with car dolly over a month in advance. I was contacted 5 minutes before picking the truck up and notification they have no dolly. I contacted customer service and they stated that it's the customers responsibility to check stock. This is a terrible company. Stay away.

I reserved a large vehicle and they didn't have any at the time I was reserved for. I understand this happens, but their absurd policy doesn't let the local branches cancel the policy and the guy on the phone gave me the customer service line for the Avis instead. It took way more effort to cancel this reservation because of an issue on their end, not mine. If I tried to cancel online it said I couldn't get a refund because I prepaid for the vehicle. Poor customer service is literally built into their corporate policy.
