Got my visa as I paid for, no complaints there. My issue is they stuck an ugly sticker on my passport without my approval that won't come off without making a huge adhesive mess. I'm afraid to try to use adhesive remover because the cover is backed by cardboard. So I guess I get to look at this for the next 6 years?

In all our years of business, we've never received a complaint about them because they serve an important purpose. First, if something happens at the consulate, it is an identifier that we are the company that submitted the passport. Each year, we also have dozens of instances where random people reach out to our company because they found a passport with our sticker on it. We are then able to arrange for it to be delivered to our customer. Finally, the sticker offers a place for customers to put their contact email or phone number so people can reach out to the correct owner if the passport/visa is lost. It happens more than you may think and so we take this step, going above and beyond, to help our customers avoid lost travel documents. Thank you!
