This location is the absolute worst. So many problems here. Avoid it at all costs.

Very poor customer service! It was the worst experience ever! 4 employees (cashiers) texting and playing on their phones. They were ignoring customers. When I asked them to scan my prepaid boxes one of them told me that it was not their job!!!! So I was wondering what Is it their job?
The USPS management please check monitoring and see how customers are treated by your employees.

This location is way better than the one on Sheffield. The employees here are more efficient, friendlier, more knowledgeable and courteous. I will start coming here even though it’s further.
