I usually read reviews before trying a new business, but didn't this time. I found some of the same issues as other reviewers and other clinic practices that made me uncomfortable. It's just not the place for ME, for a long term primary care practice, which is what I was looking for.
(Before you check, out of my total, 43 reviews, only 15 are 2 stars or less over 4 years.)
FYI, you do have a teenager on staff. After he took my BP, he asked me to guess his age and then said "no, I'm 18"!
Its of interest to me to note the HISTORY of reviewers showering 5 star reviews on a business, immediately after any type of critical review of the business. Examining the previous posts and times of the 5 star poster, often offers extra insight of possible bias.

Feel like they didnt want to take labs or address my serious concern because it was too late in the day for the provider. I asked the provider for my discharge paper work and she didnt even give me any-she wrote down the nebulizer info on a sticky note. My lung has been giving me sharp pains for going on a week now regardless if my cough or breathing issue is minor if I was a provider, I would want to do everything I could on my part for an underlying factors that could be critical. I didnt even get any proper care or documents.

Amazing drs and always listens to me when I need help with my blood pressure and anxiety. I would def recommend this urgent care for anyone needing help with anything medically
