Sheila Hoppis is a scam! Here’s why:1. Refuses repairs and leaves mold/water damage in units 2. Lies about their obligation under Oklahoma state laws 3. Refuses to return calls 4. Refuses to return emails 5. Staff hangs up on you if you mention legal action 6. Does not care for/ clean properties between residents 7. Blames tenets for being held responsible for their company's actions 8. Does not keep properties up to par with promised amenities via the hoa 9. Maintenance is hard to schedule/ does not show up 10. Workers bring their children with them into your unit 11. Spends more time posting from the country club rather than fulfilling professional obligations. 12. Refuses to take responsibility for any mistakes and gaslights clients. 13. Focused on being rude and unethical 14. Puts profit over people aka scams peopleStay tuned! Horrible company! Can not or will not return any calls to owners. Multiple mistakes have been made on my property and other owners(Paid out too much, paid to the wrong person, wrong person billed, incorrect information). Very difficult to correct problems because they never call back. Am reporting to the BBB. Read the rest of the reviews. They  want to have slumlords but they are slum managers.

How are you still in business? This company and the owner have been voted the worst business in Oklahoma. Do your self a favor and steer clear, it's a train wreck.

Are you looking for the most unprofessional business in OK? How about an incompetent owner? Staff that doesnt know how to do their job? Youre in luck, youve found it! This amazingly awful business is the right fit for you. You can expect child like responses to inquiries, non payment for services and an owner who lets the staff run this business to the ground. Sheila is the owner and has no clue how to run a business. Shes hires the most bottom of the barrel staff she can find and it really shows! Candy Wallace is one shining example of just how incompetent and unprofessional they are. If you call, shell hang up on you, if you email shell respond with anger, if you go in person she will yell at you, what a winning team they have! I can honestly say that I have no idea how this place is still in business, they put customers last and it shows. You would think the owner would respond to one star reviews like this but as you can see, Sheila cant be bothered to respond to this or any other one. Take my advice and run far, far away from this place.
