Completely unresponsive with time sensitive issues, I wish I wouldve never wasted my time going to Don. Impossible to try to get him to reply in a timely matter, please look elsewhere if you need your taxes done on time.

Daddy Don seems absent minded and the fact that he used the incorrect SSN the first year we hired him made me really question his state of mind. The second time we hired him was unfortunate because he failed to file our taxes by April 15th and got defensive when we confronted him to provide us the e-file receipt. Clearly he had not filed on time and then suddenly remembered that he had mailed our tax so we waited months but it turned out that the IRS had no record of our returns. We ended up filing our returns months after the deadline because of him. The one thing that stood out to us the second time we hired him was vacation trip he kept mentioning that was to begin the day after he April 15th Tax deadline. Thats where his mind was the weak leading up to the tax filing deadline and then he was unavailable to reach for two weeks thereafter. And it wasnt until he returned from his vacation and that we learned our tax returns were mailed via snail mail and not e-filed as we were told they would be. Two tries and both years DD screwed up. I wouldnt trust this guy to file your tax returns if youre considering hiring him. Please read reviews when seeking a tax preparer to avoid hiring an incompetent, preoccupied, messy one like Daddy Don.

Great compidint service. Used to be a good deal, now price is ridiculous. From $150 to $350 for a simple return.

Don falsley filed over $1500 of expenses as income on my 1099s from multiple employers that use him. When brought to his attention, he told me to "write it off", and then ignored me as I continued to ask him to fix it. Both the employers and I asked him to correct them to no avail. Don is running a fraudulent business and I will be reporting him to the IRS this year as I had to pay extra on my taxes because of his refusal to correct his mistake.
