I had the pleasure of touring this property with Ms.Savita, the assistant manager. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She explained everything in great detail and was able to show me two different units. She explained the rental process thoroughly and also gave a rough estimate of utility cost as well. I enjoyed the tour and left feeling hopeful that the Timbers would be my new home. *Fingers crossed*

I got pre-approved for an apartment here and I definitely qualified because I made more than 3 times the rent. I was told I did not so they decided not to move forward which I honestly feel like management did not personally want me to move into their property. It was also a lot of investigation of my income as if I was telling a story about my income. Nice apartments but management is definitely questionable
