Internet was horrible! Working IT for Stanford Childrens hospital, was constantly kicked off network. Having to resort to cell service, was really weak connectivity as well. This hotel is located in Silicone Valley, should have the best system. Work colleagues had to pick up the slack, and was an issue due to the importance of such work with the inpatient system at the hospital. Nearby activities: So much to do and see from this location. Walkability: Medium walk from Los Gatos strip, beautiful neighborhoods, amazing food and shopping.

Stayed here for 4 nights. My only issue the whole time was the AC unit was a bit on the louder side, that aside I quite enjoyed my stay at the BW Los Gatos. Included breakfast was very good for a free breakfast. Hot food and fresh sweet fruits every morning. The 2 breakfast staffers deserve all the praises for their service each and every morning. Staying here reminded me of staying in inns and motels along the highways when my family took road trips thru the United States from Canada. Thanks for everything BW Los Gatos Team! Rooms: Could get loud in the morning if someone has an early flight and they rolled their suitcase past your room. Food & drinks: EXCELLENT Breakfast!

Booked a very last minute hotel in Los Gatos tonight. So clean, so pretty and fresh, service has been stellar and the location is ideal for our stay. Room was huge which is great and they had no problem with us wheeling in three mountain bikes, thankfully. They are dog friendly (all sizes!) so will def come back with my pups in tow. Still mildly shocked this is a Best Western as its really a charming little hotel. This will be my new go to when visiting the South Bay!
