Stayed at a room with two twin beds. Very helpful and responsive front desk staff. They helped me with my heater and brought an extra luggage rack when requested. I also appreciated how they brought my bags to the room while I moved my car to their parking lot. Hotel has parking in the back of their property. Great location to shops and restaurants. You can walk instead of driving. However, the room walls were very thin so I could hear the next rooms exhaust fan go on throughout the night. The beds sagged so much in the middle and were uncomfortable. Didnt get good sleep for 2 nights. Safety: Very safe. Locked gates leading to the rooms. Walkability: Walking distances to shops and restaurants.

The room was very reasonably priced. The room was clean. I use the black light like I always do to check for bugs, fluids, etc. the hotel is on the main street. Its a beautiful area. Plenty of places to eat bike rentals trails and parks nearby. The staff were very nice and very helpful they answered all my questions and help me get into a room after hours.

Walkability: Los Gatos is a very walkable town Noteworthy details: Ashley the lady at the front desk was exceptional.
