        Hotel itself is adequate. Beds and pillows are awful. Pillows are lumpy and I could feel the springs in the bed. I would not return here. Floors seemed warped and thin under my feet. Water was good in terms of pressure and temperature.

Our mattress are pretty new and are an upgraded mattress compared to most SureStay Hotels. Often people have difficulty sleeping in a strange bed and place. We will certainly have maintenance and housekeeping check on the bedding issues you raise as we strive to make each guest as comfortable as possible. Travel Safely.
