mostly fine. pros: room was fairly quiet, room and linens were clean, bed was reasonably comfortable, climate controls very effective, and staff was very attentive. cons: some minor mechanical issues with toilet (running constantly) and it did back up once - but was promptly addressed. in-room fridge did not seem functional (it was just hot air), so i couldnt store any food or drink. a mechanical issue prevented me from getting the corner room i reserved but, again, the staff was nice about it. location is close to shopping and restaurants, and the monuments/museums/tourist destinations are within a couple miles. overall recommended.

Overall disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were updated and clean but the property overall had very limited amenities (1 restaurant and combined bar, small gym, no sundries/market), limited common areas compared to other options near by, had a very annoying multiple elevator setup and service was no different than any mid level hotel. For this level of hotel the expectation is higher. Additionally we were charged for the in room mini bar a week after our stay, we did not use anything from the mini bar. If you read other reviews you will see others mention this. Very shady and management just dismisses it albeit they did refund the charge. I would recommend choosing a different location if staying around the city center.

Beautiful property. Located just a couple minute walk from the Smithsonian. Lots of high end shopping across the street and CVS if you forgot anything right across the street as well. Rooms were high end and interior lobby and meeting spaces were just beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay at the Conrad. The staff were incredibly kind, especially Julia and Tierney! Thanks to Marlon and Marco at the Sakura club.
