The hotel is in a perfect location. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean the staff was very friendly and welcoming the only thing if you planning on visiting Disney theme parks is a little far. Very close to universal and sea world.. But even far i will definitely stay here again breakfast is free and was delicious and parking N wifi was free. They only charge u $15 per night for room security, but they refund your credit card right after you leave.. Will definitely stay here again :)

The rooms are nice, modern. It was clean. The staff was awesome. It is within walking distance to universal. I will definitely stay here again.
Rooms: It was clean, spacious, updated. My room had 2 queen beds with a couch and a spacious area with a desk, mini fridge, sink
Walkability: This hotel is walking distance to universal. Also to other stores and restaurants. It is off a busy road but there is a pedestrian bridge.

(Kedeem) I think that's how it's spelt? Was phenomenal from the moment we walked in. Showed us the gym , breakfast area , pool ,bus shuttle took us for a tour and made us feel so welcomed. Would recommend to anyone who wants to feel like your business actually matters and treated as if your a valued customer.
Rooms: Clean and spacious.
Nearby activities: Universal studios

Food
Walkability: So close to all amenities

Dawneth was very professional, friendly and provided recommendations on things to do since I checked in late afternoon. She recommended Icon Park which it did not disappoint. The hotel was clean and decor was nice. There were a lot of kids there for spring break but I didnt hear any noise in the hallway or from my neighbors. The morning breakfast staff were very friendly and kept things in order with all the people coming and going for breakfast.
Rooms: Very spacious and only carpet under the bed. Bathroom was a little tight having to squeeze by the toilet and door, but we made it work.
Nearby activities: About a 5 minute drive to Universal Studios. Plenty of restaurants, retail stores and mall nearby. Icon Park is a 10 minute drive and there was so much to do there. Highly recommend! Dezerland is another park to take the kids.
Safety: I felt safe at the hotel.
Walkability: You can walk to Universal and other nearby locations, but I wouldnt suggest it. Its a very busy and congested area. The lights are not super bright at night. Someone actually got hit and died which I saw the aftermath of them lying there. Very sad.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was good and they provided a variety of options.
There is a TGIF in walking distance but I wasnt a fan of the food we received. Spend your money elsewhere and bypass the convenience.
