Preston Hills at Mill Creek Apartments

Trash does not get picked up when it check. The exterminators do not come when theyre supposed to there are multiple roaches everywhere. People park where theyre not supposed to. People putting trash out in there in the handicap route in the road the apartments need to be painted along with the porches/patios. we need more cameras for safety, Front Gate is not working as it should realizing it has been hit, but that should be taken care of immediately to keep people unwed people out. I will be moving out. This is the worst living experience Ive ever had.

Diana was our leasing agent and she was amazing. She was very welcoming and calming. She walked us through ever step with a friendly smile. Diana made sure we were well informed and happy with our decision.

Prestonhill has a lot of roaches n there's a lot of garbage outside. Check out the area before u move here if they don't let u then don't move here.

Work orders seem to be an issue, and parking. I dont want my vehicle towed because there arent enough spaces to park. I have electrical issues, dishwasher issues, blinds width is not securing from seeing outside my front, into my home, and range doesnt have drip pans. I had to buy some myself just to cook on my stove. Im not feeling like home with the service work not being done in a timely manner. I just moved in on February 29th of 2024 and have all these work orders.
