Our apartment has been flooded 4x (!!!!!) within the last 1 1/2 months and the manager Yuri Torres couldnt care less to fix this issue! We moved in this apartment in December 2023 after our other apartment here at Waterstone had a mold issue for 2 years also nobody cared about. Btw, this mold issue was reported by multiple other tenants. About 2 months into living in the new apartment our dining and living room flooded while we were at work. We received a call from the Waterstone office downplaying the damage and just stating water got into our apartment but everything is fixed. We found out about the real damage when we got home. Vacuum robot, 2 computers, and multiple other things got damaged. Management got informed and Yuri called me promising shell get answers for me. We never received a call from her. Shortly after one of our bathrooms flooded twice from upstairs and except of a maintenance employee coming and correcting whatever was going on in the bathroom upstairs, nothing was done. Went to the office 3 days ago and Yuri came up with every excuse you can imagine. Miscommunication with the maintenance team, she didnt receive my emails and theyre probably in her spam, etc. Requested to get an answer from her asap and she promised to personally take care of it and that Ill get an answer from her shortly. Well, its now several days later - no sign from Yuri and our bathroom flooded today again. Over the years we had so many issues here but it would take way to long to list all of them. Please expect to have similar issues if you ever decide to move in here.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Despite cancelling my $350 apartment booking on the same day of payment, it's been a frustrating three months of waiting for my refund. Despite weekly reminders, they continuously fail to fulfill their obligation. It's unacceptable that I still haven't received my money. This is not only unprofessional but borders on scam territory. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

Ive been waiting almost 4 months, every week I send them emails Any responses What do I have to do?

I'm shocked by the customer service, the staff is deceitful, they can't communicate properly, and they've promised to refund the canceled request money for three months now.
