Despite the hefty price tag, our living experience here has been marred by consistent water problems. Today marks yet another day lost to plumbing issues, leaving us without water for over 5:30 hours and counting. The email clearly stated, "turned off from 10am to 1pm," and time now is 2:02. This is not an isolated incident but a recurring nightmare that has made normalcy impossible. Consider this a warning to anyone considering this residence: the promise of luxury is overshadowed by persistent plumbing woes. Proceed with caution. Please don't reply by saying sorry to this review, because this is unforgiveable. Edit: Took over six hours for the water to come back.

Always a pleasure moving new tenants into Foxboro. Big parking lots, easy access to apartments. Never a problem with management.

RETALIATION FROM MANAGEMENT FOR TRUE REVIEW My landlord has tried to scare me into leaving this complex with the threat of eviction. Trust me, I want to get out asap, but not until they are exposed for their unfair and discriminatory work ethics. A ten day eviction letter was cowardly taped on my door, a letter only valid if handed directly to the tenant. They claimed they knocked but they didnt, typical of them. In their words I am being evicted for not adding an unauthorized guest that they claim I have, yet, there are plenty of unauthorized tenants living here. Not to mention they have this unauthorized persons information. I am being accused and threaten with eviction for the managements neglect to add this person to the lease. I am also being evicted for an incident that happened OUTSIDE of Foxboro property with a person that doesnt even live here. They claimed they are only doing what the police told them to do. I doubt the police asked them to evict a Hispanic single mother with a disability, her service dog and her toddler for an incident they lied and said happened on their property. The police report clearly states the location and it did not occur on Foxboro properties . They coerced me with the possibility of a two bedroom with a free transfer fee, with the condition that I delete my review because it was hurting their business, yet my previous requests for a two bedroom were denied due to late payments caused by my lay off. All of my monthly rent payments have been made accordingly, theres no outstanding balances. There are tenants, and office managers that have harassed me, threatened me and made me fear for mine and my daughters safety and our health with their overpriced, mold, cockroach infested apartments and urine stained hallways. Im confident these actions also violate Foxboros policies, yet no one has been evicted nor fired and continue to inhabit on Foxboro property. A friend tenant asked for a carpet change due to damage and was charged 700 dollars for a new one, she wrote a bad review and she got a new carpet for free. I spent over 100 mulching the swamp of a patio I had, I was told to buy grass at Home Depot and that they wouldnt do anything about it. Then, they taped another letter stating I have a mess of a patio. So, I asked for reimbursement for the mulch that I bought, and they took back their note. A member of their staff has made rude comments against a specific group of people that live at Foxboro, which in my opinion can be considered discrimination, my friend tenants have been assaulted in front of me their wives and children for being from a specific country, and these people are still living here. Its painful to understand why tenants are afraid to speak up, because of the repercussions, but we have more rights as tenants that they do as landlords. I hope more people speak up and share their negative experiences with any landlord they have had. I would hate for any person to experience and feel the incompetence of being bullied by a landlord or neighbor, because they are afraid to speak up. I will not let anyone bully me or take advantage of their power to make me feel Insignificant. In reality we are nothing more than just dollar signs to these large apartment communities. Dont believe the positive review they bribe the tenants!!!!

RENTERS BEWARE!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING HERE!!! I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND HAVE ENDURED HARRASEMENT, ROBERY, AND MISTREATMENT FROM SOME MANAGERS OF THE PROPERTY AS WELL AS TENANTS. First day, I was told there is no smoking inside the units, I got my keys and was left to find my unit on my own. The whole place smelled like a stale ashtray and it continues to smell to this day, including my clothes and everything in this place. I complained multiple times and their solution was to come and spray some glade type freshener that lasted maybe 20 minutes. My neighbor upstairs would constantly yell at me for my dog barking randomly, and my three year old crying, he would pour water and re-soil his plants on his deck so that my patio furniture was always soaked and dirty. He would take photos of my unit, once while I was changing in my room, and was told that they would talk to him and to call the police if needed. He also harrassed every other neighbor in our building. Nothing changed, until he finally moved out. One of the leasing managers slept with a married man from this complex and his wife cried to the office and the previous manager swept it under the rug and she continued to work and live at the complex. She dated this tenant and would yell at him in the pool and gym area with no regard to the other tenants. She would walk past my unit everyday and would post letters on my door at all times of the day and night, about having people in my unit. She finally got fired after multiple tentants complained about her harassing them including her lover, and magically the letters on my door stopped after being told by management that it was not her. The accounting manager would harass the tenants about not paying rent and also about being evicted, and he also harasses one the property mangers. He was friendly with some of the tenants and would disclose private information which included discriminatory, and false comments about a specific group of people that live in this complex. I also saw him show unprofessional behavior toward this specific group of people. This also caused some of the tenants to harass me since I associated with this group of people. I complained and noting was done, despite the fact that I brought 8 plus families in this complex. The laundry room is trash, the washers and dryers never work and property does nothing, they tell us to call the company that owns the machines, I have lost a lot of money doing laundry here. Their renovated units are falling apart after one year and they charge you to fix them. They add fees like insurance even though we are told to get our own renters insurance. They charge for pest control fee and my unit has been infested with ants, spiders and other bugs, and they have not come to fix this, nor have I ever seen anyone doing pest control to the complex. Some of the maintenance staff is very rude and will argue about issues with the units, they say "oh its normal." There is constant black mold growing on the walls, which I believe has caused health problems to me and my daughter. I have lived in many apartments and have never seen black mold growing. The air and heat are so loud you can't hear the TV unless you are blasting the volume. I have been charged for repairs on my unit that have not been completed and received an eviction letter because I refuse to pay for work that has not been completed. I was also told that these repairs would be free of charge due to the situation of having a toddler and a dog. I have so many stories the there is not enough time nor energy on my part to write them all. The only plus is that maintenance requests are addressed quickly and there is some really kind and friendly staff, as well as one leasing manager that has gone above and beyond to help everyone that has had issues with this place. It is in a great location but they are overpriced for that they offer and continue to increase the rent with no improvements. Many long term tenants left due due a huge increase in their rent some over $700 dollar rent in one year.
