Arlington Club Apartments

Since we have moved here we have been extremely pleased with our townhouse, maintenance staff and neighborhood. Arlington club provides a true feeling of being at home. Our neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood itself is beautiful. We have had to contact maintenance a few times for small issues, but also for two emergencies. Unfortunately our emergencies occurred on the weekend, but Tom responded so quickly both times. He is truly such a great worker and is very helpful. There is never a time when he isnt smiling or happy to see you. Tom is always eager to fix issues and will make sure that you are taken care of. The other maintenance staff is wonderful as well. Honestly we are beyond please with the workers. Thank you for taking care of us.

Jasper in the leasing office is awesome He is knowledgeable professional and gives off a great vibe He sincerely wants to help you with whatever questions you have and is kind and patient Thank you Jasper!

If you dont want to hear your neighbors, this is not the place for you. Music blasts through the walls and vents despite pleas with management to take care of it. When the heat turns on you basically have to pause your tv because its deafening. Everyone seems to smoke here so if I open my windows my apartment fills with cigarette smoke. I found out they are overcharging me for the tiny 1 bedroom that I practically share with neighbors because of the noise. Very sorry I moved here, very disappointed.
