    The building is old and has it own issues, in regard to management. Rosa Duarte has been great and very helpful with any of my needs or issues. She has gone above and beyond to assist or offer resources to solve the issues at hand.

  • I do not recommend this complex to anyone!!! There are cockroaches, mice, dampness, mold on the walls and ceilings in the apartments here! In winter it is very cold, electricity bills are very expensive!!! Bad attitude towards residents from the office!!! The deposit is not returned, they will come up with a lot of reasons and you will still owe them!!! The only plus of this complex is one of the office workers - Rick!!! Many thanks to him, he is still trying to help the residents.

    The maintenance is really useful. When there are problems, maintenance always gets it fixed. One of the managers, Natalia, is very nice and helpful.

    This is a terrible place to live. I'm not sure where to start. The 3 mangers that they had in a 2 year time period. Lost my lease. Raised my rent in the middle of the lease. Attempt to change my lease date to a longer lease date. Not to mention for more than 5 months I had terrible roach problem since, my neighbor had them and they wouldn't be proactive in getting them out. Myself and my son suffer with asthma and the dirty carpet and disgusting bugs found everywhere and and the spray to kill then was terrible for our health. In addition we had a unit near the stairs and people would smoke under my unit. I couldnt have the door to the balcony open otherwise it set my asthma off. I made the office aware many times. Nothing done. My heater/Ac unit was broken it was not regulating the temperature correctly so, my bill was always higher. Sometimes I couldn't get the right temperature per the season. They always told me we don't have that part you need. Maintenance would get that part from an empty unit that would go bad very quickly instead of properly fixing it. The neighbors were very loud at night and would smoke more than a cigarette, drink etc and it would smell so bad. Not to mention water damage or trying to fix a hole in a unit above my son's bed. They stated, they would fix that when I moved out since, it was a few weeks before my move out date. The closet doors would always come off track, the elevators were always broken. I couldn't have packages sent there or they would get stolen. You get fined for everything including taking out garbage you can't take larger items when you move or it's $100 fine per item. Parking near the building is a monthly fee. The hallways smell so bad, they tried to use an air freshener to solve that problem never worked. They will tell you this review is due to people being upset when they move out but it's really all the lying they do and empty promises to fix, address situation and then raise the rent in the middle of the lease or ask someone to help you pay. I wouldn't leave here unless you had absolutely no choice at all. This is a google review and this company can't resolve this issue as I have moved out.
