One Wheeling Town Center

This has been my first apartment since graduating high school and it has been amazing! I love my space, its so clean and homey. The staff/maintenance is also really efficient

Living at One Wheeling has been a blast. The building is new and well maintained, with top-tier amenities and regular events. Plus, staff is very responsive to maintenance requests and other comments.

This apartment is really good, the place is nice , everything is around. The hall is always clean and comfy. The workers are very nice, we had a broken door, as soon as we wrote that we needed a repairman, he came on the same day and fixed everything. There is everything you need for housing, the neighbors are quiet and pleasant. It's a pleasure to live here!!

I love living at One Wheeling Town Center. My apartment is extremely nice. There are many beautiful touches in the apartment. In addition to my apartment, the common areas are very nice and designed for interactive use. The pool area and other outdoor common areas are beautiful and are available for everyones enjoyment. Its a great time to interact with other residents. I enjoy the resident events that are often scheduled. They are always nice, well thought out fun and another great opportunity to engage with friends and other residents. The building lends itself to fun with friends. The staff is great. I find all staff to be extremely engaged, responsive helpful and kind. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the building. For me, the staffs interest and caring have been an important factor in my decision to continue to renew my lease I love it here and it is a great place to call home

I was under the impression when I first moved in the wheeling complex that it was a great experience at this point after being away from there for a year I realize that they are just another greedy apartment complex that goes out of their way to take money from their residence. I lived in the Wheeling complex for about eight months for a comment for work and paid my rent and never really had any issues when I broke my lease I paid them $8000 to get out of the apartment complex out of nowhere. Apparently I owe them $100 and I never received any information about this and they ended up sending it to collections I have now been trying to get information on the collection agency that I need to contact. and apparently they never have any information on who I need to contact or who I need to get help with getting this taken off of my credit report. If you want to live somewhere, thats above average and spin all of your money for an apartment complex that has very thin walls. This is your apartment, theyll probably delete this review as well so enjoy it while you see it .
