        I moved in here in November and I have loved every second of it. The staff our very helpful and easy to talk to and it seems like a really good community! I really enjoy living here.

        JJ and Beth were awesome! They were so informative and open about everything, and completely answered all questions I had. A great experience, and plan on staying with this complex for a long while

        Before you apply you should be aware that the fee to apply is actually $150, not $50. They charge $50 for the application and $100 for the holding fee, which is ostensibly the same thing. So if youre trying to rebuild credit and dont have an acceptable credit score, be aware of that you will not receive any of that money back. There are several other, newer, more well maintained apartment communities that charge a much more modest application fee and do not require a holding fee. Edit: I just saw their reply. Again, Im just concerning myself to help anyone else out in my position. So again, there are more ethical apartment complexes that are newer and more recently renovated that do not require as hefty a fee as Williamsburg Way. I would advise any reader to seek those places out.

      Hello, our Deposit and Fee Structure Policy is a part of the application process and gets signed by each applicant. Please note that the non-refundable holding fee is the first item listed on this page, and gets applied to our approved applicants' security deposit upon move-in.
