ATM is down yet again! Down more than it is up and running. Going to transfer to another bank. Not convenient to run into the bank. Ridiculous!

They are next to Meijer's, my favorite supermarket. I have been banking there since I moved to Canton, in 2007. They pay all my bills automatically, and receive my Social Security payments. They were a great help when, unexpectedly, I ran out of blank checks and had trouble ordering new ones by telephone. "Just another bank", yes, but a good one.

Atm never works

I went to this branch to get a document notarized which I do have an account with chase for a while. I felt very discriminated and neglected, I was told to wait in the lobby which I did. I had my toddler with me which after waiting for 20min he was very upset and had a tantrum and during that time at least 2 customers that arrived after me were assisted before me, even though they had seen I was there for a while waiting and that I could not calm my son down at all, until I finally said that it was unacceptable that everyone else was being helped when all I needed was a stamp nothing else. I was very frustrated 3 bankers walk by me several times and asked everyone else who arrived after me if they were helped and took them back and completely ignored the fact that I was waiting as well.
