WOW these guys are GREAT. Everything from Matt Neal and the initial visit/estimate to the onsite supervisor Gabriel and his crew Gerardo, Guzman, Raul, Gabriel, Estiven, Candelario. Having Cody Parrish come the day before work started was awesome. He was able to really explain the whole process.
We live in the Warrensburg, MO area and had the cable lock system put in to secure and lift our foundation.
Communication was excellent through the entire process and even though Matt was on vacation he took the time to address a question we had.
We had several bids some were higher some were lower. We are extremely glad we chose to go with Olshan of Kansas City!

The reply from Olshan is not true. I received a call on Good Friday when I had 12 people in my home for celebrating Easter.No one ever came to view the damage they left. I said my husband temporarily repaired the deck so it was not a trip hazard. I was told he would call back Monday following Easter to address the issues with my husband. No one called. I called back Tuesday and was told he would call after he spoke to his supervisor but no one ever called.
The reason the deck wasnt fitting properly is because they threw trash and sticks in it and covered it up. They broke the new nozzle to our hose they used and hid it under the hose reel. They did not put the burming back against the foundation which is ironic because they complimented us on how well it was done before they tore it out. They left mud everywhere and we had to use a scrub brush to get it somewhat cleaned off before guests arrived! This was a nightmare job and the response by Olshan was not true and dismissive of our concerns with the job! To think I felt bad that it was cold and made fresh coffee for all 5 workers!
Please consider carefully and read my review before having them do any work. We still have no resolution to the damage left. A man said he would talk to his supervisor and call Monday but still no call. Thursday received VM that our warranty would be emailed and it was not. This company is horrible and does not care at all. I have initiated a complaint with BBB.
Once the estimate was done and contract signed they no longer did anything no customer service. In 48 years of being a homeowner and having a variety of projects done over the years this is the very worst experience
They showed up on time for the estimate. Not sure they really checked the foundation but did focus on waterproofing. Curtain grouting was recommended and we signed contract. We were told about 3 weeks possibly sooner. The office called next day and said they would do March 27 th. Thats 5 months. I was so disappointed I actually cried. Its been in the 70s but we were told the reason to wait until March was the weather. The average temperature in Nov is 44 Average Temperatures in March 44. What the heck. They are a well known brand in town and we had higher expectations but now Id have to question everything they said to us
Also there is only a limited 1 year warranty for $7000 spent. This seems like their unsure of their product or their skills

Sales person said one thing, service came in with no tools. Needless to say we canceled the work. Texted the sales person he says he would call in 5 minutes.. never called, just sent a text saying he would get the order Canceled. Very shady and unprofessional.

The repair crew was very friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job on my foundation. After the dirt had time to settle they sent a crew out to fill and compact back to level. They also did an excellent job. I would like to give special acknowledgement to the clean up crew , Gerardo,Guzman,Gabriel,Estiven,Candelaria and Leo.

Matt Gardner came out and wrote the contract on my job. I wanted my patio raised in my back steps raised. Looks like a big project. But Martin and Antonio, Carlos and Frederico showed up We went to work like a fine tune machine they didnt speak much but everybody knew exactly what they were doing. It didnt take long for me to be At ease with there workmanship.
