Jose,Gabriel,Chinchilla and Candi came and installed a sump pump and wall membrane to help rid our foundation of ground water! We can't wait for spring to see how much it's helped! Highly recommend them they are professional and clean up when the job is done. They brought all things needed for the job and had it done is a timely manner! Service: Foundations

We are very happy with the service Olshan provided.
Bryan explained the process clearly and Richard and Lawrence did
a great job lifting the sidewalk and driveway and cleaning up after the
work was done.

Jeff & Spencer came out today to replace a support post in my basement and was in and out in under 45mns! Unbelievably great work, very nice and courteous! If this is who is working for them I would not hesitate to call again or recommend them to a friend. Thanks for the great work Jeff & Spencer!

I was very pleased with the communication from Rosy during the entire process. Rosy, Gerardo, Julio, and Candi all did a great job with the adjustment and clean-up after. It was freezing cold and muddy from the snow, so I appreciated that they still did the work under these conditions. I also appreciate that they will come back and add more fill dirt when needed. Rob, who did the inspection, was very thorough, and I appreciated his taking the time to address all my questions. There were some paperwork errors at arrival and some issues with the extension cord and breaker switches during the repair, so that is why I did not give 5 stars. Service: Foundations

I contacted the salesman who came out to inspect, provide a solution and bid on some foundation repair to inform him we decided to go with another company and solution we felt better suited our needs and thanked him for his time, the salesman responded with the following:
"Ok. That's fine. We often finish jobs they start but don't finish.
I would sincerely read their reviews on line.
They've had 27 complaints in the past 3 years. We've only had 9 and resolved them all. Considering everything, we do 5 times the business they do here, that's a ton of complaints."
A simple thank you or even asking about the solution they offered and why we felt best about it would have set better with me than the negative bashing. He knew I had spoke to 2 other firms and that we would be deciding from the information we had received from all of them. I had even shared with him the other companies suggested solutions and he didn't say anything negative at the time....
Poor response. Maybe this is a commission based salary and he hasn't had a good month?
