UPS Customer Center

I absolutely 100% appreciate the employees at this UPS location. They have been so helpful with getting my packages, always offer an explanation for the delays and go out of their way to get my package to me as soon as possible even offering off hour service if it's been delayed long enough. Ive even offered to tip the person helping me and they kindly refuse and say how they are just happy to do their job. If only everyone could be so enthusiastic to do their job these days. The night shift sorting crew "You guys ROCK" Ive seen some of the sheer quantity of packages you go through on the regular and everyone is just in a groove and gets through the work load as quickly as possible. Keep up the great work, all of your efforts and over customer service attention is appreciated!

This place deserves a -0 not even close to a 1 start rating , this place needs better phone number, call the automotive thing and talk to a bunch of different language people that cant even answer simple questions!!!!

Hilarious that they are called the customer center when their hours are from 4-5pm you have 1 hour out of the day to get there. And you have to get there because if there is any inconvenience at all or even if theres no trouble they just will put a slip on your door and not deliver it. There have been so many instances of me being home and my package isnt delivered because it needs a signature but they dont knock or anything and just decide to leave a note

Completely worthless! Automated system that never works or gets you to a real person, the drivers NEVER read directions or even try to call me through the call button at my apt. 3 straight times I don't recieve my package when I'mat home. UPS in Great Falls SUCKS!

Our boxes are always dirty even our package in the box and I think they just throw the boxes wherever they're always ruined. Very rude drivers.
