The pick-up experience was fantastic. The vehicle was great, but the return experience was not organized well at all.

Great customer service, very friendly staff. Received car quickly and it was extremely clean. Only had 720 miles on it.

We arrived into Buffalo after travelling for 30+ hours, it was late, it was dark and we wanted to get to our accommodation. There was a minor delay as it appeared a vehicle wasnt ready. The gent assisting us was friendly and helpful though. We got our vehicle & got on our way. The following day we noticed the vehicle was absolutely filthy, inside and out. Wed paid good money to get a 6-7 seat vehicle and rented through Avis as theyre not a budget rental group. There was spilt food and drink on seats, in storage areas and cup holders, grease marks, filthy windows, dirt on carpets, seats and tracks, and the outside looked like it had been off-road. As we were due across the border first thing the next day, we werent able to follow this up immediately so we took photos. To reiterate, we paid a premium price for this rental and are very disappointed. We reported this when returning the vehicle and they advised they couldnt assist, that we needed to contact via this. I do expect a response.
