We purchased a new phone and we needed to get information on the old phone to our new phone. Verzion was Very helpful getting our new phone up and running. Awesome service!!

Super rude to my husband then lied and said he couldnt close a line in store. Customer service confirmed what we already knew that this wasnt true.

This store has a bunch of thieves working for it. I just got a balloon payment from Verizon because the disgusting folks there are trained to lie to get you to start a plan. Then because they set it up wrong, Verizon bills be for an extra grand. Pathetic people and I will be in after vacation to put you all in your place. Old review..Unfortunately, after 10 years, the last one has been a nightmare. Speeds seem to be slowing. So I switched carriers. When I switched just my phones back, they added all 5 tablets back to the account as well when I have service with another for them. They can screw up but they aren't allowed to fix their mistakes at the store. Now on hold for over an hour with a number they gave me so I can fix THEIR mistake for them. I'm so done with garbage corporations.

This location needs to be shut down. Middle aged speckled hair dude (I think his name was justin but I could be wrong) always has an attitude and tries to fight with you about everything you say. I recently switched to Verizon prior to moving here and got my lines all set up, was just waiting for the phone to come in. Phone came in, got the SIM card in the mail, I put it in and the phone is locked. Went to Verizon when we got to bend and he told me I was wrong even though all of this was done over the phone with Verizon. He made me make an entirely new account, new sim, etc.. and then failed to tell us we would be locked into this month to month contract for 3 years after I strictly signed up for month to month prepaid Verizon over the phone. That dude is so lucky I had patience that day. I refuse to go back because I know Ill be in a confrontation with him if I have to talk to him again. If you hate working in customer service you should just leave instead of making an argument over every single thing. Poor old couple in front of me was trying to figure out their phones and he was acting like it was a huge inconvenience to him to help them.
