image Everytime I go in everyone is always very welcoming! Sufyan has helped me the last couple of times and I will continue to come back for his service! He helped me get a new phone and set up a plan and helped me with technical support. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He helped me understand what my options were and what would work best for me! The whole process went smooth thanks to his wonderful customer service and expertise!

image If I could give Brent, the manger 0 stars - I would. He had an opportunity to help and take my call today (waited on hold for an hour) just to tell the rep for me to come in and talk to him bc he had other things to do. Wait, what?
My service was disconnected twice, Verizon didnt even recognize my trade in I set up in the app and Mona had to help me fix that after Brent blew me off - its crazy how messed up my account is and Brent made it clear he didnt care. Mona advised him I was going to cancel my 13 years of service with Verizon and again - he didnt care. I needed HELP - why deny that to a customer - Why is he a manager if he doesnt want to help customers? He wanted me to air my grievances at his store in front of other potential customers? My experience was bad and his response was not professional to say the least. Not sure what his plan was but it wasnt thought out.
In state or out - Verizon customer service is not as good as it once was - long hold times, poorly trained staff and unprofessional dismissive managers make for a bad customer experience.
No confidence they care to help resolve problems they create for the customers.
Mona gets 5 stars bc she helped.
