Last year I reviewed this as 5/5. Staff was amazing and made a fun stay. Im not sure what changed but this time was horrible. Staff walked the halls and lobby like prison guards. Making up rules throughout the stay, forcing guests to sign wild anti party wavers and posting tacky pieces of paper throughout the hotel like an elementary school hallway with whatever infraction the manager thought he needed to passive aggressively call out . It was very uncomfortable and Ill not be making a 6th weekend stay here. Rooms were fine, just the manager during this stay made it a bad experience.

This place is not even close to being worth what I paid. My mother and I arrived way before the rest of our group. Imagine how upset we were to hear the gentleman at the front desk speaking loudly about incoming guests, we are part of the group that they were speaking of. If you do not like hosting sports teams, then please stop being a part of "stay to play". The girls are not up late or overly loud. They are dedicated athletes & are there to play. The parents were kicked out if the lobby while watching a final four game and having a few drinks. They were in no way rowdy , just cheering for the game. The next morning there were "no food or drink allowed" signs all over the lobby. The worst part about that was that they were removed the next day...talk about feeling unwelcome. I own a restaurant, they not in any way breaking any PA laws. Also if there are bugs in our rooms there are bugs in your restaurant, no thank you. There were also many problems with the actual facility. There were bugs in our room, our shower was disgustingly dirty, the toilets bubbled& splashed water all over the bathroom, the hot tub was not even warm& the elevators are beyond dangerous. I have called the the state and the ADA about the elevator. Needless to say, if this was the only option for stay to play...we would not play. I feel that I need to mention that every single worker(that was not behind the front desk) was amazing! They were beyond friendly & very quick to offer assistance. Rooms: Bugs& dirty. Do not stay here

We had a great stay at this hotel. Every staff member from front desk to room cleaning were super friendly and courteous. Bar and restaurant inside the hotel were both great. Great location, near ton of restaurants and shopping. Great prices. Will definitely use this hotel again.
