The installation was ok. What I didn't like is that he kept changing the fee we had agreed. He charged me $275 for the installation of 3 small cameras and told me that it would be $325 if I wanted the 4th one. Then when I was ready for him to install the 4th camera he told me it would be $375 When I told him We had agreed on $325 he said...."No, that's not what I said". I will of course not use him in the future for sure.

Can't say enough good things about him. He quickly solved a remote Video problem for us that we fussed with for over two weeks with multiple providers in Olympia and Tacoma.Fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.Highly recommend him.

John Reed is expert in setting up antennae television, satellite & internet communications.  I am very pleased with how vivid my reception is upon him setting up the antenna.  The variety of programming is excellent.  He also connected my VCR & DVD so everything is easy for me to operate.  It is great to think of all the money I am saving 'cutting the cord' with cable.
