I grew up going to Dr.Kapust and I loved the whole team. As a child, I felt safe and comfortable in the office and I am thankful for the care I received there. I would recommend this office to anyone in the Olympia area and I hope my kids can go there someday when we move back to Washington.

Dr Kapust and every single member of the group are all amazing. They are kind and accommodating. Every step of the process is clearly explained and my daughters smile looks absolutely amazing!!!

My child has been a patient of Dr. Kapust for about 12 years. We couldnt be happier with the exceptional orthodontic care my daughter received. The entire team has been a pleasure to work with. Dr. Kapust is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. My child has undergone an incredible transformation through this process! Her smile says it all! Our experience has been nothing but exceptional and would highly recommend Dr. Kapusts office to anyone seeking orthodontic care!

I've been going to this dentist since I was a kid and it was ran by his dad, John. I've unfortunately witnessed this place go down hill over the years and will not be returning. Andrew is just not the dentist that his dad was and he doesn't appear to have a passion for the work or for children. The people are fairly nice at the start, but if there's anything out of the norm they get flustered and are not sure how to help.
I would especially not recommend this place if you have any children that have difficulty at the dentist. I witnessed Andrew shaming a mother and her daughter out in the open over thumb sucking. It was sad to see their faces after their interaction with Andrew. I also witnessed him interact with a child that was obviously having a difficult time at the dentist. He did not show any empathy for his patient with high needs and proceeded to force the work on the child. This was all done out in the open, despite having private rooms. The child screamed as loud as they could for several minutes.
I'm not saying they're bad dentist office, but I am saying there may be other places that care about their patients and their families more. This just isn't the place it once was and I imagine he will retire/close his business in the near future as he appears to be burnt out.

Dr. Andy and everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful! They are very patient with nervous kiddos. They answered all the questions that we had. I appreciate the attention and care from before braces to after braces are off. Thank you!
