I had an opportunity to experience this doctor office after receiving care from another facility that had the lowest level of customer service and poor dental skills. During my intial visit Dr. Warner saw me and took Xrays and diagnosed my issue i came back two weeks later for the procedure under the hands of Dr. Fowler unfortunately that day the Chair system was down Ms Flora saw how much pain I was in and insisted that I stay to see if they can get things back running unfortunately they couldn't. Dr. Fowler called the Publix across the street and had some medicine put in for me the pain was so bad I actually developed an Ear Infection. Ms Flora called me back to schedule an appointment unfortunately I have a career and a work schedule that does not work around life's challenges so none of the times that Ms. Flora gave me worked, Dr. Fowler and Ms. Flora actually came in on their off day and took great care of me this was an 8 hour dental procedure. I am truly grateful for these Angels that came to my rescue

Worst experience. The dentist is older and can't tell the difference between the shades of color. Put in a different color bridge that was no where near the floor of my teeth.

Dr. Warner is amazing! He is always detailed and informative. This is why I am giving 5 stars. Miss Harriet on the other hand rude, attitude, and very unprofessional. I have never encountered an employee go back and forth with a customer the way that she did, about not doing her job.

Dr. Warner and staff took great care of me. He even called me personally the next day to make sure I was well.
