This was the best experience of my LIFE. BEST. DAY. EVER. From the moment i walked in, and saw Taylors beautiful face i was put to ease.. Like a soft,supple,nice and cold pillow after a LONNGGG day. I waltzed right on into the dealership with my husband, and he immediately filed for divorce,leaving me for a brand new 2023 soul red cx5. And i have to say i cant blame him.. I too fell inlove with taylors GORGEOUS face. I mean you wont believe it. Unfortunately, i couldnt buy a car. My great step aunts best friends grandma is suffering with anemia and crabs. Shes also been using our bank account to pay for this. We are completley broke now but taylor davis shortell made it extremely worth it i guess. 10/10.

I bought a CX5 from Ramsey Mazda a couple of months ago and have been very happy with it except for one issue. When sliding a suitcase in the cargo area it left scratches in the very thin carpet of the cargo space. This is normal usage for a car.  I couldn't find any sharp edges on the bag that would have cut grooves in the carpet. When I went to Ramsey to discuss the problem with the manager he basically shrugged and said he couldn't help me. He didn't even bother to go out to look at my car! I bought a cargo mat to cover the damage and he didn't offer me a discount. Very poor customer service.

Great experience with stakes staff and Jeremy, my salesperson. Everyone was kind and super helpful. I got a great price and I am thrilled with my new CX5 Carbon Turbo. I did the research before and was not let down, a very impressive vehicle.

My husbands Mazda had a recall for airbags and he made an appointment this past Friday. So I dropped it off and later that day in the afternoon I got a call that it was ready but they had found it had a broken belt, which we already knew about because we had gotten an oil change at Midas and they told us. But the guy that helped us Corey stayed he didn't recommend we take it before getting it fixed because it would break and then we would have to get it towed there. I figured it was now probably worse so we gave him the okay to replace and he told me they would get to working on it. He didn't give me a time frame or anything so I expected either I would get a call in the evening or Saturday. Here we are Monday and I called and left a voicemail to see if it was done, no call back. And then my husband called 2 times and got transferred around multiple times so I sent him the number I called and he said they answered right away and told him it was done. We went and I asked the receptionist when it was done because we had to cal to even know it was ready and she said it had been done FRIDAY! She called for Corey and he was dumbfounded, didn't even know how to respond when I questioned why they hadn't called to let us know he said that he usually tries to always cal when it's done. At that point I offered to even show him my phone because there were no missed calls or voicemails. The receptionist was nice and everything had gone well up until the point they decided to not call us and let us know it was ready. We don't have an extra vehicle so we had to bother family to drive me around so he could take my car. Won't be coming back here again.

Being a first time car buyer, I experienced exceptional service. I could not ask for a better group of individuals to guide me through the process thoroughly. I had LOTS of questions that were answered clearly. I am confident that I made the right choice purchasing from Mazda. Highly recommend!
