        After getting a confirmation for our rental we received a text stating there were no cars available and to try another location. We called corporate and they said our reservation was still active. We didn't take a chance the text was accurate and canceled our reservation.

        I almost didn't rent from this location due to the bad reviews. However, it was at my hotel so I tried it. The employee behind the counter was very friendly. I felt bad because he was the only employee that day and apologized that he was the only person to work at the desk and also get all the cars in the parking lot - far away from the desk. He did his best for only being one person. We received the car quickly and it was clean and nearly new. Rental process was easy and flawless. No surprise charges. I just wish Hertz would work on the short staffing because they're going to burn this guy out and end up with an employee who doesn't care.
