The shipping a.printing services guy that opens at 8am , If someone asks for something and you can't provide it just say no and keep your rude comments to yourself. I asked for 4 strands of 4.5 inch long strips of tape and you said *We really aren't supposed to" I then said I know man I have some in the truck (outside that I would have more than happily just went out to get from the truck) and you replied with "you know but your going to still ask" in a snarky voice. The other guys that come in after your shift are much nicer and if they needed to say no to something they wouldn't be scared to. If your scared to say no you need to be moved to doing something else that doesn't involve talking to people.

Supposedly open until 9pm per the listed store hours on Google. Closed at 6pm, rather than the stated 9pm. Way to go Staples.

Really angers me to look up opening time and staples to unprofessional to correct it and I wasnt the only one there at 10 am. Bad enough prices are to high but expensive gas wasted. This is why staples is going out of business!

I received the BEST customer services from Rachel inside Staples today. She made my concerns, her concerns. 20/10 star's worth of service. I will continue to use Staples as my first stop shop because of the customer service I received from her today. The company needs to give her a pay increase or buy her lunch with the kind of compassion & service she gave me as a Staples customer today
