Danny Cliff: Allstate Insurance

I was so insulted by the agent, John, that I didn't even get a quote for their insurance. He got caught talking about me (in a derogatory tone) behind my back. When I called him out on it he could not even explain himself, just said he was very sorry and hung up on me. I'm sure he was just sorry that he got caught. If you want to be in the service industry you must learn to treat people with respect. He said he has been in the business for over 40 years. Obviously he is a slow learner. Take your business elsewhere.

Ok but keeps raising my car insurance even though I have had no accidents am over 50 so no reason to keep going up

Danny Cliff and his staff have consistently been easy to get a hold of and helpful with any issues that arise. I am very happy with the service we've had with them and would recommend to anyone in the area. They were especially helpful navigating the experience of first time home buying.

My agent is out of pocket at this time , so this office was nice enough to take my insurance payment. Very nice people at the front desk and the rest.

I love Allstate insurance, there always there to work with you anyway they can. They are very friendly, and treat you like family.
