        Miami is usually lousy for stays, and more likely than not service is horrible in most hotels!! However I Loved this place service and rooms was great!!hotel is equal distance in minutes to all attractions, uber is pretty much the same wherever you go. Highly Recommended!!

        These folks allowed over 50 people to book and PAY for rooms that were not available on the night of 3/23/2024. We paid for the room then had to pay for another Lyft to go back and sleep on the floor at the airport. When we left the hotel after being turned away, there were a whole lot of other angry customers standing around their parking lot also waiting to pay for rides back to the airport. The hotel should reimburse everyone's transportation fees for this incident. Note: they blamed Expedia but I don't buy it, they should be banned from using Expedia. Worse, this happened on 3/23/2024 and I still have not received a refund as of 4/12/2024. I don't expect to get my Uber fees to and from refunded either so this review will stick like glue. Noteworthy details: The staff was not helpful and did not provide enough explanation regarding the over booking
