        My fiance and I visited this T-Mobile months ago to purchase a new phone after, inexplicably, T-Mobile dropped her number's line -- a number she's had for a decade that she has linked to several accounts, such as banking, her job, and our home.We explain the situation, get absolutely no effort in explaining why the number was dropped, and are charged an activation fee for a new line. Worse: the girl working slips in a protection plan into our account, despite us telling her SEVERAL times that we do not want one. I only find out when I check my account to find an $18 protection plan. When I call, I'm told that I'm still going to be charged, but that it was okay because I would "get a credit" to my account. That's an interest-free loan -- you aren't doing me a favor. See how joyful you are when someone steals your money and offers to repay you later.

        I was having issues with down loading a new ringtone but it would not load. I took it to T-Mobile and the phone tech was able to fix it within the hour. It was time well spent.
